    We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery.

    To qualify for a change-of-mind return:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

    • Items must be in the same condition as when received.

    • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

    • Returns must be approved before items are sent back.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept ordinary change-of-mind returns on:

    • Opened or used squishies and sensory toys.

    • Items with damaged or missing original packaging.

    • Mystery bags or blind bags that have been opened.

    • Items marked as final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

    Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

    We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

    Return Shipping

    Refunds
